If we have issued a refund for an item you have returned please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
The cost of shipping associated with your original order and your return will not be refunded unless your item is faulty.
