What delivery options do you offer?
We offer UK, European and International standard delivery. Please note that orders can take up to 48 hours to be dispatched due to extra security steps we have in place on our website. Once your order is cleared and approved, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. No payment will be processed until this check is complete. Please allow up to 48 hours for items to be fulfilled.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer next day delivery. We have extra security in place on our website that helps prevent fraud, this extra security means that it can take up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation via email. The email will include a tracking number and link. If you have not received a shipping confirmation and it has been longer than 48 hours, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I know if my order has gone through?
Once your order has been placed you will see an order number and confirmation on your screen. You will also receive an order confirmation email. The email will include your order number, what you have ordered, the cost of the order and the payment method.
My order has been cancelled and I don't know why?
If your order has been cancelled you will receive a cancellation email. The reason for the cancellation will be outlined in the email.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation that will include your tracking information. Click on the tracking link to find out when your order is expected to be delivered.
I haven't received my order, what do I do?
Can I change my order if it hasn't been dispatched?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to modify it.
How do I return my order?

I've returned my order, what happens now?
Once your return has been approved, it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method. For more information, please see our refund policy.
I've returned my order but I paid using Klarna
Once your return has been approved. Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately. See our Klarna FAQ for more information.
Do I need to pay customs and tax fees?
Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to additional import fees or taxes upon delivery. You will be billed separately from the courier for these costs. Please note Hoodrich are not responsible for these costs. Please click here for more information.
How do I set up my account?

I've forgotten my password
Go to the login page, click recover password, enter your email address and press reset password. You will then receive an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password.
Do I need to create an account to purchase from the Hoodrich website?
You don’t need an account to purchase from our website. However, we do recommend creating one as it allows you to checkout more easily.
You will also be notified of the latest releases, discounts and collaborations when you sign up for our via our emails.
