Shipping times vary depending on the destination. We aim to deliver in up to 2 working days for UK orders, but during peak Black Friday times this may be delayed, due to high volumes of shipments. Please expect an additional 1-2 days for International orders.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email together with a tracking reference, once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

Discount codes cannot be used on sale items, however, discount codes will still be accepted on full price items.

The products that are available in the Hood Friday sale are only available while stocks last, the items will not be restocked.

To allow for Christmas gift changes, any orders placed in the Hood Friday sale will have a return period extended until 7th January 2024.

You are responsible for returning the product(s) to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.

We are dispatching orders as normal throughout Hood Friday, but due to increased shipment orders, there may be slight delays. Please check your tracking reference once you have received your confirmation despatch email from us.

Next Day Delivery is a weekday service, and will still run during Hood Friday, with cut off being Thursday at 3pm for a Friday delivery.

Unfortunately, during Hood Friday we cannot refund any difference between items that have sold at different prices on different days. We cannot guarantee that stock will last until Cyber Monday, so if you take the risk and wait, you are risking the chance of it being sold out!
