If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days to return your items to use from the day that you received them. All items must be returned in their original packaging with swing tags still attached. If we feel the items are not in a saleable condition, we are at liberty to reject the returned items.
Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons and in accordance with updated Covid-19 policy.

How to return:
-Ensure that your items are in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
-Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it in your return parcel. If you no longer have the form, you can download it here.
You will receive a pre paid returns label within your original order that can be affixed to the outside of your package, and you will need to drop it off at your local post office (for UK orders only). Please retain a proof of postage receipt. 

If we have issued a refund, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to appear on your statement. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence. Please do not return any faulty items unless advised to do so by customer service.
