Making a return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days to return your items to Hoodrich from the day that you received them. All items must be returned in their original packaging with swing tags still attached. If we feel the items are not in a saleable condition, we are at liberty to reject the returned items.

Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons and in accordance with updated COVID-19 policy.

Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it in your return parcel. If you no longer have the form, you can download it here.

You will receive a pre-paid returns label (for UK orders only) within your original order that can be affixed to the outside of your package, you will need to drop it off at your local post office. Please retain a proof of postage receipt.

For international orders, please return the items at your own expense via a courier of your choice, and please retain proof of postage receipt.

Ensure that your items are in their original packaging, with swing tags attached and in a saleable condition.

If we have issued a refund, please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence. Please do not return any faulty items to Hoodrich unless you have been advised to do so by customer service.
