The World Cup is the one tournament that gets everyone talking the same language, wherever you're from. Birmingham to Brazil, the terrace and the touchline hit different this summer, and the Glide capsule is Hoodrich's answer to it.

FREESTYLE CARRIES THE CULTURE

Football culture doesn't live in stadiums only. It lives on concrete, on the beach, on a phone screen at 2am racking up millions of views. That's the version of the game Hoodrich is closest to. The self-taught, no-academy, earned it yourself version.

That's why we linked up with two of the Brazil's rawest talents on the ball. Arthur Marques (@arthurzinnv), out of Rio de Janeiro, an altinha specialist. The grandson of the legendary Brazilian footballer and global icon Pelé, Arthur has millions following him for footwork most players spend a career chasing. Alongside is friend @iampaivaa, another name out of Brazil's street-football scene, bringing the same favela-born, jogo bonito style that's turned freestyle clips into a global language.

Two players, no stadium required, showing what the ball can do when the game gets stripped back to skill alone. That's the spirit Glide is built on, vintage football, pulled onto the street, worn by people who earned their spot the hard way.
